In deze webshop vind je alle informatie over onze producten en de daarbij horende accessoires. Ook de meest gestelde vragen hebben we vast voor je beantwoord. Staat je vraag hier niet bij? Gebruik dan het contactformulier onder het kopje contact of mail ons. Je kunt ons natuurlijk ook altijd bellen. Alle contactinformatie kun je vinden onderaan de website. Wij zullen je dan tijdens kantooruren (8.00 uur – 21.00 uur) zo goed mogelijk te woord staan.

Retourservice

We zijn een internetwinkel en we kunnen de producten alleen tonen op onze website. Daarom kun je bij deze webshop je bestelling, zonder opgaaf van reden, altijd binnen 14 dagen ruilen. De factuur is je garantiebewijs. Je maakt het ons makkelijk door op de factuur de reden te vermelden, waarom je het artikel terugstuurt. Op die manier kunnen we je bestelling sneller afhandelen. Uiteraard kunnen we het betaalde bedrag ook terugstorten.

Denk er wel aan dat je de artikelen indien mogelijk in de originele verpakking, ongebruikt en voorzien van kaartjes terugstuurt. Wij nemen bij de eerste ruiling de verzendkosten voor onze rekening. De kosten voor het terugsturen betaal je zelf. De transportkosten voor ophalen van het niet gewenste product zal in mindering worden genomen van het totale bedrag.

Let op: op maat gemaakte producten (met bijvoorbeeld een eigen gekozen naam of afbeelding) kun je niet retourneren.

Klachtafhandeling

Wij streven er naar al onze klanten optimaal van dienst te zijn. Mocht er toch iets niet naar wens zijn kun je ons altijd bellen of een e-mail sturen naar info@feestkampioen.nl. Wij streven er dan naar, samen met onze leveranciers, de klacht binnen 5-10 werkdagen op te lossen.
